Balance
The Balance tab shows the money on your terminal and your terminal details.
What is on the screen
Section titled “What is on the screen”- Terminal name: the name of your terminal.
- Terminal balance (or E-balance): the electronic money on your terminal account.
- Cash: the cash in your drawer. Only if your terminal has it.
- Bonuses: your bonus. Only if your terminal has it.
- Information: Legal name and Currency. Tap to see Country and Location.
How to use this screen
Section titled “How to use this screen”- To update the numbers, pull the screen down.
- To learn what a card means, tap (i) on it. Tap to close.
- To see all details, tap . To hide them, tap .
Questions
Section titled “Questions”What is the difference between "Terminal balance" and "Cash"?
Terminal balance is electronic money. You use it to make payments. Cash is the cash in your drawer, counted from Cash In and Cash Out.
I see "—" instead of an amount. Why?
The app could not get the amount. Pull the screen down to refresh.
How do bonuses work?
Part of every operation comes back to you as a bonus. It builds up here. It is added to your balance separately from your sales. None yet means you have no bonus yet.
I don't have the "Cash" or "Bonuses" card. Why?
These cards are not turned on for Unipesa.
