Enter amount

Type the amount here. The keypad also works as a calculator.

What is on the screen

Section titled “What is on the screen”
  • The title Accept Payment for a QR payment, or Amount to pay for a provider.
  • The amount in big digits, with the currency.
  • For Send: Available balance.
  • Amount to receive and the button Next.
  • The keypad: + − × ÷ =, digits, . and ⌫.

How to enter the amount

Section titled “How to enter the amount”
  1. Type the digits. Use . for cents, if your currency has them.
  2. To delete one digit, tap ⌫.
  3. To clear everything, hold ⌫ for half a second.
  4. Tap Next.

For a QR payment, the QR code opens. For a provider, the confirmation opens.

How to add up items

Section titled “How to add up items”
  1. Type 10.
  2. Tap +.
  3. Type 15.
  4. Tap =. The amount is now 25.

−, × and ÷ work the same way.

If something goes wrong

Why is "Next" grey?

The amount is empty or zero. Or a calculation is not finished: tap =. Or your balance is too low.

How do I start again?

Hold ⌫ for half a second. Everything is cleared.

Where is the fee?

You see the commission on the next screen, before you confirm.

How many digits can I type?

Up to 12 digits before the point. Extra digits are ignored.

Why do I see the phone's keyboard?

The app’s keypad can be turned off for your terminal. Then the phone’s keyboard opens, with + − = C above it.
