Pending payments
Some payments have no final result yet. The app shows them as N processing.
What is on the screen
Section titled “What is on the screen”- N processing at the bottom of the Payments home and of the More tab.
- On some payment screens: N processing · tap to view.
- When you tap it: a list of your unfinished payments.
How to check a pending payment
Section titled “How to check a pending payment”- Tap N processing.
- Tap a payment in the list.
- A QR payment opens its QR screen again. You can show the code to the customer.
- Other payments open their details.
The status updates by itself. You do not need to refresh.
Questions
Section titled “Questions”Why is my payment still pending?
The provider has not sent a final result yet. For a QR payment, the customer may not have paid yet.
Can I take the payment again?
No. Wait for the result. Check the payment in History.
When does "N processing" disappear?
When all your payments have a final result.
