Payments home
This is the first screen after you sign in. Here you take a QR payment or choose a provider.
What is on the screen
Section titled “What is on the screen”- Sale with the card Accept Payment and the button . You see it only if your terminal can take QR payments.
- Services: your providers. Next to it: the search icon and a button to change the view.
- Folder view: groups of providers, the button and Recent.
- Icon view: all providers by group, and Recent.
- N processing at the bottom, if some payments are not finished.
How to take a QR payment
Section titled “How to take a QR payment”- Tap on the Accept Payment card.
- Type the amount. Tap .
- Show the QR code to the customer. See QR code payment.
How to pay through a provider
Section titled “How to pay through a provider”- Tap a provider in Recent or in a group.
- Or tap the search icon or to find it.
- Type the customer’s phone number or account. See Customer account or phone.
- Type the amount, check and confirm.
If something goes wrong

Questions
Section titled “Questions”Why don't I see "Accept Payment"?
Your terminal cannot take QR payments. Payments through providers still work. Contact support if you need QR payments.
What is the difference between Folder view and Icon view?
Folder view shows groups as cards. Icon view shows all providers at once. The app remembers your choice for this terminal.
Can I change the order of the groups?
Yes, in Icon view. Tap the up or down arrow next to a group.
What does "N processing" mean?
Some payments have no final result yet. Tap it to see them. See Pending payments.
The Android "Back" button does not work. Why?
In payments, use the back arrow or × at the top of the screen.
