Messages that can appear on any screen, and what to do.

Internet messages

These appear at the top of the screen.

Message	What to do
No internet connection — Check your network settings and try again	Turn on Wi‑Fi or mobile data. Try again.
Service unavailable — Our service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes	Wait a few minutes. Try again.

The first time, the app loads its settings. You see Loading configuration….

Message	What to do
Attempt … of …	The app tries again by itself. Wait.
No connection to the config server	Check the internet. Tap Try again.

Message	What to do
Update required	Tap Update now. See Install and update the app.
Update available	Tap Update now, or Later.

Message	What to do
Something went wrong	Tap Back to start. If it repeats, contact support.

What does "Unknown error" mean?

You can see it under Something went wrong. The app does not know the cause. Tap Back to start.

Why does the app need internet the first time?

It must load its settings once before you can use it.

What do I tell support?

Tell them the message you see. Give your terminal ID and app version from Terminal Info.
