Why does the app ask for my PIN?

You send money from your balance. The PIN confirms that it is you. You need it for every Send.

Why are the PIN digits in a different place each time?

The app changes the order each time you open the PIN keypad. This is for your safety.

Why is "Confirm" grey after I tapped it?

The app sends the payment only once. This keeps you from paying twice.

"Processing..." takes a long time. Do I pay again?

No. Do not take the payment again. Check it in History. If it is not there, contact support.
