Terminal Info
This screen shows your app version and your terminal. Give these to support when you need help.
What is on the screen
Section titled “What is on the screen”- Application Version: the version of the app.
- Terminal Name: the name of your terminal.
- Terminal ID: the number you use to sign in.
If something is missing, you see .
How to open it
Section titled “How to open it”- Tap the More tab.
- Tap Terminal Info.
Questions
Section titled “Questions”Can I copy the terminal ID?
No. Write it down or take a screenshot.
Is the terminal ID the same as the Agent ID?
No. You see the Agent ID on the Balance tab, under the terminal balance.
