Sign in
Sign in with your terminal ID and password. You get both when your terminal is set up.
What is on the screen
Section titled “What is on the screen”- The field Your terminal ID.
- The field Password. The eye icon shows or hides the password.
- The button . It is grey until both fields are filled in.
- Saved terminals: small chips with terminals that signed in on this phone before.
- Sometimes a link at the top right. It opens a sign-up page in the browser.
- The app’s own keyboard at the bottom.
How to sign in
Section titled “How to sign in”- Tap Your terminal ID and type the ID.
- Tap on the keyboard.
- Type the password. Tap for letters, for symbols, for digits.
- Tap .
- Wait. You see , then . The Payments home opens.
Saved terminals
Section titled “Saved terminals”- Tap a chip to fill in its terminal ID. Then type the password.
- To remove a chip, tap its delete button. This removes it only from this phone.
If something goes wrong

Questions
Section titled “Questions”Where do I find my terminal ID?
You get it with your password when your terminal is set up. If you signed in on this phone before, it is in the saved terminals.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
The app cannot reset it. Contact support. Your password is not your PIN.
Why is "Sign in" grey?
One field is empty. Fill in the terminal ID and the password.
How do I type letters?
Tap on the keyboard. Tap to go back to digits.
Why does the app open without asking for my password?
The app remembers your sign-in on this phone. To sign out, tap in More.
